I prescribe the methods I find best for physical goals which revolve around usually fat loss and muscle gain.
The idea however at this site is primarily to subtract mistakes, which is what most of my posts are about, I genuinely believe that you have made use of VineshWay when you understand the complete knowhow of your body and stop frequenting sites for advice.
As you can see, There is nothing here which says ‘do this to get that’ but simply a lot of information about different routines, regimes, ideologies because I want YOU to choose your workout lifestyle and how you want to get in shape
In the workouts section there are a lot of workouts which you can do at home, of course you don’t have to do all of them but this is the point, you make your own regime.
Consider the internet as pizza hut, I am the salad counter, you are the bowl, I have many things to offer, you have to take what you like and I have subtracted things like chillies, expired veggies, etc (i.e subtracted myths and nonsense) to make your journey easier.
What I always recommend is that you go through my site and OTHER sites, and add ALL THAT YOU CAN, whether it is sleeping postures, lifestyle or ANYTHING. I want you to maximize yourself and reach your potential physically. That is what I learned when slimming down.
This site is as I said the salad counter, I have workouts, personal opinions, information and mainly I am teaching you how to make your own routine. so happy bodybuilding.
