a person thin does not necessarily have less fat
completely discarding fat doesn’t make you thin
*note: you need 20% fat in your diet to BURN FAT! and keep your body going*
lifting weights properly does not stunt growth
Masturbation doesn’t affect health in terms of bodybuilding or growth

Chocolate to a small extent is good for you

how? well, they reduce an inch for maybe 2 hours and that too if you don’t drink something in the 2 hours, simply said, it dehydrates water from your belly making you leaner till you drink water again.
Fat is bad? no no, it help… just keep in moderation n workout
yoga is for old men? hell no… its too hard for most of you to do it properly
Tai Chi is for old men? try doing it and see
smoking reduces weight? it reduceses appetite, muscle mass, libido, fertility, stamina, etc.
skipping is lame? try it with ankle weights.
