Whats the obsession with fruits?
Well, let me explain a conclusion I recently came upon…
Fruits come off as excellent vitamin supplements without any dosage of calories.
Our skin, muscles, bones, etc need some amount of vitamins and other minerals (yes, they need something other than protein) to boost up in terms of both size and perfomance.
I recently increased my fruit consumption A LOT and my skin looks way better.
Note: Avoid bananas if you are overweight

Something just struck in my head…
Does the music make a difference?
I attended a kickboxing session in mint fitness in Mumbai and I think it does.
I mean… just how many of you have worked out like monsters after seeing rocky?
or ran that extra mile, listening to: We are the champions?
So whats the point of this post?
Burn CDs which have inspirational fast music, you dance along with the music of course similarly you could run with it or lift weights as the music hits your ears: ‘we will we will rock you’
its easy to lose motivation, there is a saying here in India:
‘Kaam karneke soh bahena naa karneke hazaar’
meaning: There are hundreds of reasons to do hardwork and thousands to not
Many people who initially started gymming with me were like: who needs muscles, I have this I have that.
If you concentrate well on the hundred reasons which make you want to do the hard work, life will become way more simple

What is Self Hypnosis and how does it help?
After using Limewire and bittorrent softwares to download things related to Self Hypnosis (for height gain)
I discovered what Self Hypnosis actually did.
The sounds were similar to those in the epic movies, where the sound expresses sorrow or joy, curiosity or anger.
This makes you confront things like your fears, your sorrows and naturally enough you would feel better and more relaxed once a load is off your head.
So is it worth trying?
Definately!
