Tai Chi and your sex life.

How do they relate?

Tai Chi Chuan has a lot of power, and it is all relaxed.

The point which comes into play here is not just the flexible movements, its the relaxed complete bodywork.

When learning Tai Chi, you realize you have to put your entire body, its entire energy to work in a particular way, and it doesn’t exhaust you.

That is more of learning the entire functioning of your body, of your partner’s body and using it completely at comfort.

The breathing and gentle movements are responsible for the blood circulation in the body and definately the more the circulation quality on your sex organs, the more the desire and hence way better the performance.

Among other things, Tai Chi can shed off some fat too and pretty effortlessly too.

Time taken to use Tai Chi sexually: 18 months atleast.

Yeah, new stuff on the roll.

Personal Training from July will be Rs. 5000 a month for one on one trainnig and Rs. 6000 for a group of five (or four, three, two).

The reason why the fees have spiked? People are coming, less time for me to manage everyone. Survival of the richest begins thence :D.

Try booking your batch before Mid June, it will be hassle to manage things once I set up my schedule in July.  Booking charge is Rs. 1000, you will be given a lecture to get you on to something till July.

Chest Workout at Home

A thing of note here is to have a lot of repetitions.

If you want to have a V Shape, just change the position a few inches up-down and the angle too after every 15 reps, make sure you get to being able to do 150 pushups at a go, 15 at different angles.

Wide Arm Pushup

1.) Keep your arms apart making sure your shoulders are not in use

2.) as you push yourself up, squeeze yourchest exhaling

3.) as you come down, squeeze your lats

4.) GO VERY SLOW for faster gains in size

Pushup Squeeze

1.) maintain an elevated pushup position for two minutes

2.) Squeeze chest while doing so.

3.) inhale and exhale vigorously
