I plan to answer you body building / fitness related queries through this site.

First of all I would like everyone to know that I have not done any courses on bodybuilding (which pretty much explains why you will be getting counseled for free). I know you are thinking ‘there has to be a catch which involves this that blah blah’ to tell the truth I am not here for a noble cause, if I get good results and reviews here I will be getting more clients in my area for personal training and I would be able to rightfully increase my fees… MUA HA HA HA HA!!!

I have read magazines, several articles on the internet and tried what they said and eventually figured by experimented what was good and what was bad for a particular type of body.

You may wonder how do I know about the results on different people? Well, while  gymming I had a lot of companions and we tried things together.. drastically practical, isn’t it?

However, I do not have a magic wand to figure your body type so before asking for advice, kindly mention:

1.) Your current diet (mention the amount of water you drink and be very elaborate)
2.) Your height
3.) Your weight
4.) Fat %
5.) Current workout (If any)
6.) schedules
7.) amount of sleeping time
8.) Your Age
9.) Your Gender
10.) Whether you have a gym pass

11.) Your Budget for equipment (even 0 is fine, so don’t whine)
12.) Health problem (if any, and no don’t mention obesity!)
13.) Your bodybuilding Aims
14.) whether you want a body that looks good or works good (VERY IMPORTANT)
15.) Amount of time you can put into bodybuilding

Well, for my record:
I lost 30 kgs in 9 months
decreased my waistline from 37 to 28
gained considerable lean muscle mass
a much higher amount of strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility

And the good thing is that a lot of stuff I tried was totally ineffective which means you will not waste anytime, you will be given a diet and workout which has worked on a body similar to yours.

I have been working out with guys weighing 50 KGs to 130 KGs and by constant trial and error we have shitloads of practical knowledge for you.

UPDATE: A friend of mine, who is a professional model, will also be giving out beauty and dressing tips here. (Now only if she agrees to let me publish her hot photo here ;) )
