5 effective diet tweaks for fast fat loss

Do you not get time to exercise? Do you just want want to lose 10-12 pounds without much effort and easily?

Well, you can make simple little tweaks on your diet and get there, its pretty easy. Just change the content. I’ll tell you how:

Green Tea : Green is full of antioxidants and helps digestion which in turn helps losing weight. Have a cup of green tea immediately after waking up.

Portion Control : Eat a little less than you usually do. Like say 20% less and eat 4-6 times a day. If you eat too much, you’ll get sluggy, if you eat too little your body will want to stock up on fat

Subtraction : Subtract these completely: chocolates, sodas, white rice, white bread, pizza, hamburgers, sugar, noodles, all junk food. If you have to eat out, eat out at a very healthy place.

Water! : It is extremely important to keep yourself hydrated, it not only increases energy but also carries these functions: 1.) Aids in digestion and cleans waste off your body. 2.) Cools body hence prompting calories to be spent to warm it back up

Make it a point to drink 3 litres or more water a day, make it chilled!

Breakfast : Your breakfast is the most vital meal of the day, if you eat a healthy breakfast, you will be considerably less hungry throughout the day.

More to this, it is important to fill your body with nutrition within an hour of waking up to avoid the ‘empty space’ which slows down metabolism.

NOTE: NONE OF MY DIETS CAN MAKE UP FOR EXERCISE. EVEN IF YOU EAT ONLY PROTEIN THROUGHOUT THE DAY, EXERCISE IS A MUST

Now there are several ways about getting to fat loss, starving is not one of them however.

Instead of adding things to your diet, we will first subtract and substitute some things.

When you drink milk, prefer slim milk (Amul and Nestle?) over the normal ones from the milkman.

Instead of replacing sugar with sugarfree, don’t consume sugar at all. Don’t consume diet coke either. Anything aerated, anything sugar is a strict no no.

I mean do you really expect diet coke to be completely harmless? or sugarfree?

Instead of drinking juices, eat fruits.

Now for the simpler stuff: Discard ghee, oil, butter from your diet. Eat chappatis only for lunch and make sure there are mashed soybeans in the chappati floor.

Now for the timings.

Well, keep 150 minutes space between each meal or just eat fruit if you aernt getting hungry.

Reason: Boosting Metabolism

Just don’t eat 3 hours before going to bed.

Make sure you workout 90 minutes after eating.

Now moving to the additions.

1.) If you are consuming supplements, make sure its mixed with skimmed milk and not water.

2.) No frying. Eat at max one chappati per meal. drink a cup of dal (make sure it does not have jaggery), no rice, eat as much as vegetable as you can.

3.) Drink 2.5 litres of water a day (if you are drinking more, its just better)

4.) consume a lot of fruits for two reasons: Suppressing appetite and providing minerals which helps a lot.

5.) Consume: Warm water with lemon or green tea twice a day. (note: I said OR, not AND)

6.) Start a workout regime with a detox first.

Well, people often tell me about Detox diets.

These are awesome to do ONCE IN EVERY SIX MONTHS or so but there are morons out there who keep on doing these Detox diets 24/7, typically GM Diet.

I call the GM diet: Gruesome Mofos diet.

You know, doing the GM thing once in six months is not bad at all but the guys from GM say, KEEP ON DOING IT! Silly bastards.

I mean the diet is nearly dead in protein, if someone is working out, he’ll lose all his muscle in a matter of days.

That’s just not it, you’ll be vulnerable to fevers, catch on colds and such a diet will actually NOT help you burn fat, it just kind of cleans the system which is to refresh you before you start on your new routine or something.

More than a 6 day diet can severely damage your muscular structure.

And yeah, you will lose weight, only to gain it back once you stop dieting.

And if you didn’t gain back the weight, guess who lost some muscle?

Speaking of advantages of detoxing:

The waste from your system will be washed off.

This leads to your organs functioning better, particularly in bowel movement, digestion and more.

So I would recommend starting your routines with this if you are new.

Keto diet for fat loss

Ketogenic diet.

How would I rate it? 9/10. Its awesome and can help out every guy out there lose some fat really nice.

So what is a keto diet?

Well, in a keto diet, you stock up on carbohydrates on weekends and stay only on protein and fat through the rest of the week.

The physical advantages are a plenty but keep in mind you will get drawbacks if you don’t work out.

How and why?

Keto diets emphasis a very high protein intake, protein is used primarily when muscles are broken down to repair and reinforce muscle.

However, if there is no muscle to emphasis protein on, the protein would either get stored as fat or fuck up your liver.

So how does this diet end up cutting?

with low carbs and high protein reserve and a good workout, its no wonder.

the fat burning effect comes from fat storage being depleted in repairing and reinforcing new muscle mass.

So I would say this is an awesome diet for those who are already into bodybuilding for atleast a year, otherwise its not my recommendation, you will often end up dizzy during a keto diet.
