5 effective diet tweaks for fast fat loss

Portion Control : Eat a little less than you usually do. Like say 20% less and eat 4-6 times a day. If you eat too much, you’ll get sluggy, if you eat too little your body will want to stock up on fat
Subtraction : Subtract these completely: chocolates, sodas, white rice, white bread, pizza, hamburgers, sugar, noodles, all junk food. If you have to eat out, eat out at a very healthy place.
Water! : It is extremely important to keep yourself hydrated, it not only increases energy but also carries these functions: 1.) Aids in digestion and cleans waste off your body. 2.) Cools body hence prompting calories to be spent to warm it back up
Make it a point to drink 3 litres or more water a day, make it chilled!
Breakfast : Your breakfast is the most vital meal of the day, if you eat a healthy breakfast, you will be considerably less hungry throughout the day.
More to this, it is important to fill your body with nutrition within an hour of waking up to avoid the ‘empty space’ which slows down metabolism.
