BSN NO Explode

Taste: something like acid. Though in VineshWay, people would drink something which tastes like rotten shoes if it makes them healthy, so not a criterion

Effective: People often tell me to go for VPX Shotgun or other sources of pre workout drinks but personally I think when your goal is to get lean veins and more inclined towards getting a lean body rather than a huge body, BSN NO Explode is better and more suitable for people not professional. 

Cost: A lot. Typical of BSN

Feel: Initially you get so hyper; you’d jump on beds and workout like a kitten at the sight of fish. The downfall to this is that some people adapt to caffeine VERY quickly, say within 2 weeks and they have to keep on increasing dosage, which makes this supplement VERY expensive. 

Best Way to use it: Depends on your caffeine tolerance, I suggest no more than 2 cycles but the best part is that for the 2 cycles, this can end up burning as much as 5-6% fat

Should you get it: If you are in a hurry to see some results.


Supplements: Safe or Not?

Okay, people often have huge debates over this…

Here are my two cents…

Supplements is too generalized a term to begin with.

Its the quality of supplements that comes into question too, I always say go for BSN, Lambrada, Dymatize or ON

The thing is you have to choose what is right for you.

But yeah, most vegetarians will prolly not get the protein required… FUCK YOU, PETA MEMBERS, FUCK YOU! No, VEG FOOD DOESN’T HAVE HIGH PROTEIN % AND DON’T LIE TO THE PEOPLE, YOU ASSHOLES!

erm… yes, the thing is ’supplement’ is a diverse term, it could be:

Argine based (NO EXPLODE n SHOTGUN), Creatine Monohydrate (Many), Whey (Many) , etc.

Now the thing is you need Whey with a good balanced diet to help muscle building, the rest will boost up other factors like energy, speed of increase, blah blah.

and now cometh the question of safety

Whey is safe, completely

its just whey extracted, I mean… pffft…

The other stuff like creatine needs some moderation and should be started after 3-4 months of normal bodybuilding, so should the other ones.

Protein is simply required no matter who you are… so my take is:

‘take supplements but not too carelessly’
