What if I am vegetarian? Will this routine work for me provided I don’t eat clean sources of protein like meat?

Well, that isn’t much of a problem, infact it could be used to your advantage.

Vegetarian food is extremely helpful for digestion.

However that does not mean you binge on carbs.

Which means the following have to be completely removed: potatoes, white rice, white pasta, milk products, milk, white bread, sugar, jams and anything synthetic.

The reason I am removing milk is that milk products are not too good for digestion.

However, what you should eat includes:

Pulses, whole wheat, tofu, soya, salads, lettuce, chick peas, nuts (almonds and walnuts), brown rice, vegetables.

I would suggest you mostly eat Pulses, lettuce, chick peas, nuts and tofu for the high protein content.

And although the above have carbs as well, they make a huge difference when it comes to digestion and detoxification of the body naturally.

So it shouldn’t be a problem.

Although make sure you quit smoking if you are a vegetarian.

I am not physically fit to do the morning routine with the burpees, pushups and yoga suryanamaskars.

Well, the idea is to stress your body, given which you may do lighter exercises but at high intensity (speed)

You may do: Half Pushups:

In Half Pushups, you have to make sure your knees are resting on the ground as you pushup.

This has to be done at high intensity again, you have to sweat!

Also: Leg Raises:

Leg Raises simply include lifting your legs like giving a straight kick without bending your knees

Do as many as you can and as fast as you can.

I suggest you look into buying some equipment as well, cheap ones like:

Resistance Band: This band makes you work your muscles without using your bodyweight, it has many exercises in its manual, you should attempt to do the exercises as fast as you can.

Bullworker: What a Bullworker does is similar to the Resistance band but uses your muscles in a different fashion, there are many exercises associated with the bullworker.

Try for as many as you can.
