Help me lose weight

hey guyzz.. im john here. I'm 93kgs and my height iz 5.3.

I dont eat very much but i tend to gain easily... i stay out a lot so i eat at mcdonalds(healthy food) or pizza hut.

could anybody help me out?

First I must point out that mc.donalds or pizza hut is not health food.
