Of late, I am getting really shabby queries... which go like: I eat heavy dinner, I eat lunch at noon, I wake up early, sleep late, for workout I go to gym.
PLEASE BE ELABORATE.
I mean, I will only know what you are consuming if you specify it, I will know if there is possibility to boost your metabolism only if I get the fucking detailed info.
if you say workout, I would have no idea what the hell you are doing and why isnt it working and no idea how to modify it towards your aim.
