In this guide, The Focus is very realistic and extremely detailed. Tom does a great job of explaining each of the processes so you can understand the whole science behind burning fat and getting a lean body and apply it to your daily routine. 2.) Craig Ballantyne: Turbulence Training

This guide focuses where Tom Ventuno doesn’t. Turbulence training has minimal details about the whole science but it makes up for it by extensive information on Workouts, Diets and Training Modules. Turbulence Training in itself is a very new approach to fat loss and lean muscle building, the system is slightly demanding but very practical and straight forward, Its for the action guys. My Rating: 8/10 Click Here for more info

This is a guide which is extremely effective when it comes to tweaking the diet and lifestyle to boost your metabolism for natural fat loss. its more targeted to the lazier working Joe who can’t commit much to a tough routine or so.
