Almost irrelevant to the main subject but both the guys and the girls can use the tips here.

First of all, doing the Yoga asanas prior to eating in the morning greatly deducts body fat.

But obviously there is more to it than just fat burning considering many of the complex poses and positions, taking into example the scorpion stance and the very preciese breathing.

Well… For the most of it you should have an idea.

In Kickboxing, you are made to kick heavy bags, punch them, conditioning your muscles towards impact.

How does that help?

Conditioned muscles mean more endurable muscles.

Means you are more resilient and can take more muscle damage and can move your body in ways which it would hurt usually.

2.) The Workouts

Kicking and punching for a long time, Pushups, Squats and Crunches.

First of all, it makes you look sexier as a lot of fat is burned.

I mean the first step towards sex is to be sexy enough to turn on your partner.

3.) Development of a powerful core

This is why I think Kickboxing takes more effect than Yoga

if you are not into the smooth things and want to go wild the core developed by swiss balls and medicine balls will do wonders.

The beastly power in the guy’s thrusts and the rigid tight figure of the girl…

I mean, its good for both Sides.

Recommended Workout?

Okay, It goes something like this:

1.) High Speed Jogging

2.) Wake up with 10 pushups

3.) 50-60 side kicks, roundhouse kicks, hook kicks

50-60 jabs, uppercuts, hooks

4.) 30-50 traditional crunches

5.) 30-50 Squats

IV.) Stretching

For what its worth, a flexible body makes you a good dancer and a more limber partner too.

This makes your body damn tough and work like a machine.

Also on the plus side, it makes your joints work better.

So Kickboxing or Yoga to enhance sex life?

If you are under 30 and can bear exhaustion every alternate day: Kickboxing

Any age but with no intentions to go wild like an animal: Yoga

Nutrition for Height Growth

To gain height it is necessary to provide your body with protein, calcium, magnesium, amino acids.

Now, how do you get all of these in your diet?

First things First… separate your meals, make sure you eat 5-6 times a day, drink 3-4 liters of water a day, This makes your body very clean and nourished and ready to grow. Separating the meals results to having less pressure on your digestive system resulting into more attention being given to your growth system rather than digestion. This also means higher metabolism which leads to faster growth and more fat burning. Fat stunts growth so keep the basics very regular and rigid.

Amino Acids, where do you get them from? FISH!!! Eat fish thrice a week, EVEN IF YOU ARE A VEGGIE!

When do you eat fish? atleast 5-6 hours before you go to sleep.

As for calcium? Many sources, I recommend eating 5-6 almonds in the morning, drinking skimmed milk, egg whites, orange juice. Yes, try taking all of these daily, I know it sounds hard but will benefit one way or another.

Try your best to avoid carbohydrates, I read somewhere that people residing in Asia are shorter than Europeans because their diet consists of more carbohydrates.

Eat at least two hours before starting your exercise. It is a fact that insulin levels are highest right after a big
hearty meal. Insulin suppresses HGH release and a big meal takes blood away from your muscles and
redirects it to your stomach. Eating right after exercise is also important so that muscle dystrophy would not
occur.

Acupuncture and Growing Taller

Something very widely debated.

The answer to this:

If your age is below 18, Acupuncture can result in easily 3-4 inches of height gain, though the process is very expensive and I think has to be combined with aroma oils for maximum benefit.

Let me explain how this happens,

Acupuncture is similar to reflexology  and works on energizing chemicals, balancing hormones, functions of some organs, blood circulation and even aids the bones to some extent.

So why not acupressure or normal reflexology which are much cheaper?

because Acupuncture is done by puncturing needles, electrifying them, combining aroma causing a far more faster and effective process.

And if you are above 21 years of age, acupuncture can help in terms of straightening your posture, straightening knees and spine.

I would like to note that many people assume their posture is completely straight which is not true because a bent posture, bent knees are not necessarily visible but however if straightened can definitely make you a bit taller.

So should you go for acupuncture?

If you are around 18 with extra cash, yes, definitely!

If it comes off as too expensive, then there are other ways.

if you are above 21 years of age and satisfied with nothing more than a possible two inches for 6 months of taking in needles daily and spending cash then again yes.

P.S acupuncture does not mean you can cut off on any of the height workouts

Foreceful limb extension to Grow Tall

Suitable for all ages however minimal effects for those above 25.

What is forceful limb extension?

I have recieved answers like ‘heavy stretching’ ‘making someone pull you from both ends’

both of which I disagree with.

Why does a giraffe have such a freaking long neck?

Ans: it forces its neck since a hell lot of time to extend and eat something.

All living beings evolve.

Now consider if you keep kicking your leg say 600-1000 times a day (gradually come to this number, dont start off with anything above 100 and say: ‘Vinesh is a motherfucker!’ when the cramps come in the night)

then your bones get used to be a slight bit ahead.

Now your bones will evolve themselves to extent ahead (note: kickboxers have longer for this reason) causing your height to be gained maybe 1-2 inches regardless of age. Thought it is extremely important to eat supplements which include magnesium, calcium and zinc during this period because they will aid in bone building.

the other bet is your spine.

For the spine, HANG! HANG LIKE HELL! Wear Ankle weights and hang till your spine reaches down painfully.

a possible 3 inch height raise regardless of age.

1.) Depression, anxiety and stress:

how?

Well, your hormones don’t function at their best when your mind is completely obstructed and slowed.

This leads to less secretion of growth hormone which results in both weight gain and precious growing time lost.

I would especially like the parents here to note this and don’t fucking feed your kid pills that will screw his metabolism or body even if the fucker shrink says it.

2.) heavy weight

First things first, broadness causes an optical illusion of shortness too.

Secondly, your growth plates at your knees will be damaged if your weight is too much which is again why I advise parents to fight obesity or your kid might end up being a short legged person for life.

3.) improper nutrition

just because you are slim doesn’t mean you are eating well.

Growth hormone requires amino acids, exercise to be secreted well.

So eat healthy as early as 12 to get your maximum height.

Ankle Weights and Height Growth

Ankle weights function quite simply.

there are weights tied to your ankle making your legs function in an anti-gravitational movement assisting toning of your legs.

Now how does this help for you to gain height… well, pulling movement!

Let me explain, what goes up must come down… that includes the weights too!

lets say if your hanging on a rod. The legs are functioning with gravity, pulling your spine down further. Great stretch, isn’t it?

So yes, Ankle weights help you to grow taller.

To Gain Height, the things you can do with ankle weights are:

Hang on a rod: 5 mins daily

cycle: 5 mins with seat a bit above your comfort zone.

kick: front kick and swing kicks

30 with each leg, keep doing as many as you can, results in double advantage.

Jogging: On concrete floor for 20 minutes, immediately followed by sitting on a high platform with your legs facing downwards causing expansion of the micro fractures caused during jogging, eating anything high in calcium would fill these fractures resulting into 1 inch to 2 inch raise in height.

sleeping with lower legs outside the bed also increases height effectively (though not with proportion)

Vegeterian? Lose fat eating Indian Food.

NOTE: NONE OF MY DIETS CAN MAKE UP FOR EXERCISE. EVEN IF YOU EAT ONLY PROTEIN THROUGHOUT THE DAY, EXERCISE IS A MUST

Now there are several ways about getting to fat loss, starving is not one of them however.

Instead of adding things to your diet, we will first subtract and substitute some things.

When you drink milk, prefer slim milk (Amul and Nestle?) over the normal ones from the milkman.

Instead of replacing sugar with sugarfree, don’t consume sugar at all. Don’t consume diet coke either. Anything aerated, anything sugar is a strict no no.

I mean do you really expect diet coke to be completely harmless? or sugarfree?

Instead of drinking juices, eat fruits.

Now for the simpler stuff: Discard ghee, oil, butter from your diet. Eat chappatis only for lunch and make sure there are mashed soybeans in the chappati floor.

Now for the timings.

Well, keep 150 minutes space between each meal or just eat fruit if you aernt getting hungry.

Reason: Boosting Metabolism

Just don’t eat 3 hours before going to bed.

Make sure you workout 90 minutes after eating.

Now moving to the additions.

1.) If you are consuming supplements, make sure its mixed with skimmed milk and not water.

2.) No frying. Eat at max one chappati per meal. drink a cup of dal (make sure it does not have jaggery), no rice, eat as much as vegetable as you can.

3.) Drink 2.5 litres of water a day (if you are drinking more, its just better)

4.) consume a lot of fruits for two reasons: Suppressing appetite and providing minerals which helps a lot.

5.) Consume: Warm water with lemon or green tea twice a day. (note: I said OR, not AND)

6.) Start a workout regime with a detox first.
