Personal Training will be 500 Rs. per a 90 minute session.

I give out a demo lecture free and you don’t really have to book yourself a timing on the demo lecture, Infact I suggest you try what I prescribe you for a week or two and then decide for yourself if you want to invest in my training.

The reason why the fees have spiked? People are coming, less time for me to manage everyone. Survival of the richest begins thence :D.

Try booking your batch before Mid June, it will be hassle to manage things once I set up my schedule in July. Booking charge is Rs. 1000, you have to book after you see some results from the routine prescribed in the demo lecture :).

So How do I end up getting Results Without Any equipment?

For Starters, I want you guys to know my specialty is fat loss. Getting fat loss done will also reinforce your body with lean muscle at the same time if you follow the diet I give and workout as I prescribe.

If you are looking to have a giant sized body, it is better to go to the gym in all honesty, At best I can manage to give you a very lean and toned model like body.

Of the things I can assure you is that the methods I prescribe give results way faster than what the gym will give you.

If you want a scientific explanation for the way I do things:

The Average Joe who is fat and never been to a gym will start with minor stretches, light bodyweight exercises followed by cardio.
The Average Joe will lose some fat initially and gain some strength, at this point I move him on to a different diet and make his workout more intense. This is followed by further progress bringing him as close as I can towards him using the limited or no equipment.

Once a person reaches a stage where bodyweight, functional and other types of home training doesn’t work on him, I tell him to go to a gym if he wants a Arnold like body.

If he just wants to increase his muscles 3-4 inches around, lose all the fat, I can get that done at even a bathroom, not a problem at all.
